LeapForm was born from years of leading transformation programmes across organisations in software, pharmaceuticals, transport and other industries. While every transformation was unique, the challenges were often the same — fragmented information, disconnected processes, time-consuming analysis, and too much effort spent creating documentation limiting time to deliver meaningful change.
As AI rapidly evolved, it became clear that it could address many of the challenges transformation teams face every day. AI can analyse large volumes of information, identify patterns, highlight gaps, and carry insights seamlessly from one stage of a programme to the next. Rather than replacing transformation professionals, it augments their expertise — reducing repetitive work and allowing teams to focus on strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and delivering meaningful impact.

We do not seek to collect special-category personal data; please do not upload it unless strictly necessary.
We use personal data to operate, secure, and improve the platform; create and manage accounts and workspaces; deliver the AI-supported insights and templates you request; process subscriptions and payments; provide support; send service and (where permitted) marketing communications; and comply with our legal obligations.
AI features process your inputs to generate the outputs you ask for. We do not use your customer content to train shared or third-party foundation models without your instruction.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
We share personal data with service providers and sub-processors (hosting, analytics, payment, email, and support) under contract; with other members of your organisation's workspace; with professional advisers; and with authorities where legally required. In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may transfer to the successor entity. We do not sell personal data. A current list of sub-processors is available on request at [[email protected]].
We retain personal data while your account or workspace is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, then for the period required to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Customer content is retained according to your organisation's settings and deleted after account closure, subject to routine backup cycles.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Where LeapForm processes data on behalf of your organisation (as a processor), we will refer your request to that organisation, which acts as the data controller. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the platform and, with your consent, analytics and preference cookies to understand usage and improve the product. We may process and store data in countries other than your own. LeapForm provides a cloud-based transformation-management platform, including frameworks, templates, guided workflows, and AI-supported insights. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.
AI outputs are decision-support only, may contain errors, and are not professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your authorised users' compliance with these Terms. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle stated at purchase (for example, monthly or annual) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing for a renewal term with prior notice.
LeapForm and its licensors own all rights in the platform, software, templates, and brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.
You retain ownership of your Customer Content and grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only as needed under this agreement. We process Customer personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you upload and for obtaining any necessary consents.
The service may integrate with third-party products (for example, identity, storage, analytics, or payment providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty that outputs will be accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You will indemnify LeapForm against third-party claims arising from your Customer Content or your breach of these Terms, provided we give you prompt notice and reasonable cooperation. [Mutual or IP-infringement indemnity terms to be confirmed by counsel.]
These Terms apply for as long as you use the service. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may export your Customer Content for a limited window, after which it may be deleted.
